Touhou Defence of the shrines Re;mixed DOTS:R(THD:R) is Touhou Project fanmade workshop for the original
game Defense of the Ancient 2 (DOTA2) . Its predecessor, Defense of the Shrines (DOTS),Touhou Defense of the Shrines (THD2), was originally developed as a game for Warcraft III, but thanks to the workshop tools this version could have been made.
Gameplay/Concept
The Gameplay&Concept of this game is the same as DOTA 2 but only Different Heroes, Skills Set, Items and Map.The game features the Hakurei and Moriya faction where each of the girls have decided who to fight for. The main purpose of the game is to utilize your Touhou hero in order to destroy the enemy shrine. These shrines are along the way guarded by Fairy Towers. The battle takes place in Gensokyo (Touhou Land) itself , where parts of the map resemble the fictional regions or key locations (examples: Forest of Magic,Scarlet Devil Mansion and Youkai Mountain.).
Currently, the game is in alpha and offers 36 Touhou girls as playable. Alpha versions are known to be experimental and unstable releases and therefore discretion is requested when playing this game. Crashes and other unwanted effects might occur. Please be patient as developers do their best to prepare.
How to Play
- You Must have Installed Steam and DOTA2 game on your PC (http://store.steampowered.com/app/570/Dota_2/)
- Open DOTA 2, Under Arcade, Search For 'THD2' and install the game.
- Create a lobby and wait for people to come or invite your friends to join your game. You also can join this THD2 discord to tell others people that u have created a lobby. https://discord.gg/GhRXFy7
